Floors we install

Every Floor, Done Right.

Vinyl / LVP

Tough, kid-proof, dog-proof. Click-lock floating or glue-down LVP and LVT for kitchens, basements and busy homes. Customer-supplied LVP welcome.

Laminate

Tough, budget-friendly plank floors for living areas, bedrooms and rentals, laid flat and tight to the wall.

Engineered Hardwood

Real wood wear layer over a stable core. Goes where solid can't: over concrete and in basements. Nail-down, glue-down or floating.

Solid Hardwood

Oak, maple, hickory and more, prefinished or site-finished. Nail-down over a flattened subfloor, stair treads and nosing included.

Tile

Floors, backsplashes and showers in porcelain, ceramic and stone. Large-format with leveling systems, set flat and tight.

Carpet

Wall-to-wall carpet for bedrooms, basements and stairs, stretched tight with clean transitions to the hard floors.

How it goes down: glue-down, nail-down or floating click-lock, matched to the floor and the subfloor. Installation by our own crew.

Demo & tear-outCarpet, laminate, vinyl, tile and old wood out and hauled away.
Moisture mitigation & barriersSlabs often need a moisture barrier. We follow the flooring manufacturer's spec. If it calls for one, we supply it and install it: over the slab, under the new floor.
Subfloor prepFlatten, fasten and repair. Squeaks fixed while it's open.
Self-levelingSelf-leveler poured so joints stay tight and tile stays flat.
Concrete grindingHigh spots, old adhesive and coatings ground off the slab.
Concrete resurfacingWorn or damaged slabs brought back flat and sound.
Moisture testingEvery slab and subfloor checked against the manufacturer's spec before anything goes down.

Refinishing

Sanding & Finishing

  • Sand to bare wood.
  • Board repairs, gaps and pet-stain spots (quoted separately).
  • Stain samples on your floor first, then clear finish coats.
  • If refinishing beats replacing, we'll tell you.
Trim & finish details

The Last Inch Matters

  • Base and door casings, cut and fit.
  • Quarter round, tight to the floor.
  • Transitions, flush room to room.
  • Thresholds at every doorway and exterior door.

  • Real relationships with the best flooring manufacturers, so the product is as good as the install.
  • Materials ordered through our partner vendors, delivered and acclimated before install.
  • Already bought yours? We'll install customer-supplied material after confirming product and quantity.
